Given that the Small Business Act changes come into effect in just over a week is there any chance we could get some information about if this is going to to impact the API and where or not there will be any immediate changes or, if not, when there will be changes.
I asked back in march and was told there would be information towards the end of April (Confirmation Statements)
The main question is whether or not Confirmation Statement dates are simply going to replace Annual Return dates in the Company Profile or will they be new fields and when and how this is going to be implemented.
It would also be good to know if/when you’re planning on adding PSC information to the API.
Will all Confirmation Statement due/overdue dates be automatically filled for existing companies when this goes live, or will they be added as Confirmation Statements are filed
Will redundant Annual Return dates and/or fields be removed, or will they just remain static as-is in the database

Due dates will be populated from the 30th June, but the overdue indicator will be populated when they are actually overdue.
Will redundant Annual Return dates and/or fields be removed, or will they just remain static as-is in the database.
During the transitional period, i.e. they are still due to file a Confirmation Statement then we will show the last Annual Return date plus the Confirmation Statement due date. Once a Confirmation Statement has been filed then we will show the last filed and next due for Confirmation Statement but the Annual Return dates will be blank.
