We would like to provide advance notice of an upcoming update to the transaction resource specification:
Specification: Manipulate Company Data (API Filing): transaction
A new status value, received, will be added to the filings.<key>.status property.
This change will also be reflected in the constants.yml file within the API enumerations repository:

Effective date
The change will be available no earlier than 1 November 2026.
Development is ongoing and we will provide further updates if there are any changes to the implementation date.
