Officers list endpoint does not match spec, no individual item etag

When checking the officer list API doc it specifies an etag will be returned in two places.

  1. the highest level object - etag
  2. each individual item in the list - items[].etag

On testing I only see the highest level etag and individual etags are not supplied. Please can this be rectified?

Worth noting the PSC list endpoint returns on each individual item.
