New company showing only in old API

Hi there,

What could be the reason for why the company number 10397055 (which was incorporated in 2016) is showing up only in the old API (Failure Page) but not in the new one (https://beta.companieshouse.gov.uk/search?q=10313556).

We have some more cases like this and I’m trying to understand what can be done once we migrate to the new API completely.

There should be no reason, all companies should be on Beta.
This one will be investigated.
If you have a few more examples, that would also be very helpful.

I have requested these be investigated and put onto CHS.
2 of the companies have had court orders for restoration and we know there are issues with these.
I will let you know when they are on CHS.
I am arranging an audit of companies on CHS to identify any others that may be missing.

This has triggered some investigation as to why these companies were missing in the first place.
