The search service seems down . 403 was being received in response to search queries but logging into https://identity.company-information.service.gov.uk/oauth2/user/signin shows a 502 Gateway error . I believe there was an identity service related issue a few weeks ago which prevented users from logging in, so this might be related.
We are seeing the same issues reported since 8:14am … @MArkWilliams tagging you for awareness in case you can provide some update on what is happening.
There was a release at 08:55 that caused a number of 5XX errors for a few minutes. It’s all back ok now. If you have anything more specific, and later than 09:01, please let us know.
What type of errors?
I have just called the API a few times, no issues. The CHS web service uses the AOI aswell and there are no issues reported there.
There was a firewall rule configuration change at 08:00hrs this morning. What type of errors are you getting? are you getting ANY data from us?
Same here we are getting 403’s on every api call

We’re also seeing the same for the company profile API endpoint. Just wanted to confirm that it isn’t restricted to the API - seems to be across the board for CH services.
