No specific issues that day.
The images themselves are all stored on Amazon cloud services so there should be no problem with access to these.

If you are, please contact us with more details, specifically which part of your journey has the problem and the error you are receiving.
The problem seemed to disappear after a couple of days.
The errors I was getting indicated that there was an intermittent problem with validation (I think).
I’ve never had this before (so can’t be a problem with my coding) and the errors were random in that a document pull would fail and then would work (eventually).
If it happens again, I’ll try and get a more specific description of the error.
