Rate limit increase on Research project

I am working on a research project and need a higher rate limit. How would I go about this? What information do you need from me?

Hello Mike,

We are very limited in what what we can offer as a rate increase - basically, the maximum would be a doubling of the current API rate (due to the popularity of the service concerned).

However, we can only offer that in certain specific situations.
