Morning - live streams are down. Just sending update in case nobody has noticed yet.
Sorry - should have checked…no data on Adv Search for today either…guessing it’s more than just the live streams.
Ignore above.

We’re currently experiencing a delay with processing filings due to a technical hardware issue. We’re receiving filings as normal, but they’re being queued and are not currently being processed. As a result, these queued filings will not appear on the API or web services until after this issue is resolved. We’ll share another update later today.
Is there a status endpoint we could use here? I don’t see anything in the docs. Would be super useful to handle this sort of thing programmatically.
It’s not just the filling endpoint - all of them are down (and they’ve been down since last night / morning). Like the last commentor asks, is there a status endpoint since all the streams still allow connections normally despite being down?
Oh that’s a relief. I’ve just spent 2 hours troubleshooting the issue at my end as I also deployed a change to my own code this morning.
Some programatic solution would be greatly appreciated.
Do we have any further updates on this outage?

Any status update on the live streams please? This is becoming an issue for my business, so I’d appreciate any info or ETA so I can plan what to do next.
Thanks
As of Monday 15 June, a number of our services (WebFiling, XML software filing and incorporate a company) are currently closed while we work to resolve an issue; some other services have remained open to receive filings but they are being queued and are not currently being processed.
As a result, these filings will not appear on the API, stream or web services until after this issue is resolved. We’ll publish further updates as and when there’s new information to share. For more information please see our About Our Services page.
Have been seeing a 502 mixed with 401 streaming errors.
The last live stream that was obtained was Wednesday, 10 June 2026 — 16:50:08 UTC (17:50:08 BST).
Thanks Steve - considering how solid the data services you guy supply are usually and have been for years, you’re allowed to have a blip.
If at all possible - could you give us an advance up date on here as to when you will be switching the streams back on? Not imperative as our systems will kick back in automatically but it would let us have eyes on the expected backlog surge.
Thanks for the kind feedback. We will of course let you all know when we are back online.
A daily post here while / when the service is ‘still’ down would be nice. Going forward, it’d be nice to have a status endpoint when streams are down (maybe matched by a pre-determined response code on the streams) and commensurately when they are up. At the moment, all streams return a 200 then will intermittently fail with a multitude of codes before returning a 200.
The only concern on my end is about the timepoint. From experience, we can go back as far as about 5-7 days worth of filings, due to what I assume is a hardcoded max number of events in the buffer. If the timepoint is further back, it doesn’t fail, it just returns nothing and so we’re not alerted. We’re entering this territory and I’m slightly concerned that the last timepoint we could get becomes earlier than the first one in the buffer.
Is there any further update please?
Are there any new updates on this?
Sorry everyone we are still trying to bring our systems up.
Our services are now open again following the closure earlier this week to resolve an issue. We are now receiving filings but they are being queued and are not currently being processed. As a result, these queued filings will not appear on the API or web services until after this issue is resolved. We’ll publish further updates as and when there’s new information to share. For more information please see our About Our Services page.
We are hoping to re-enable the streams shortly
Streams look like they are back on. I’m recieving updates now!
I don’t think, its back yet. Is it still working for you?
