We have been using this with no issues for the last 3.5 months but have now realised that despite our API calls running it is not returning any data.
Has anything changed with the timepoints? Our understanding is that the streaming updates are valid for 10 day and that the last timepoint you queried would be available. Our last timepoint was 32767 - 5 September, on staging and production which are two separate boxes.
We are downloading the latest bulk file to get our data back up to date.
We urgently need to know how to identify the timepoint to kick off the streaming.

There have been several thousand events on the stream since 5 September and it’s too far to go back with a saved timepoint.
I’ve attached a JSON file of all events on the stream in the interim, starting at timepoint 32767 until the latest event as of 14 October time of writing (timepoint 36340).
You’ll be able to pick up the stream from that timepoint.

Thank you Brian, this was helpful. Can you also tell me if Companies House API keys expire, when you make an application there is a Registered on date but no notice on when the key will expire.
I’ve been using the same keys for 3+ years and not had any expire.
You can remove them manually from the Manage Applications portal, but I don’t think they’ll ever get auto-removed, unless you’re exceeding rate limits too much and get manually banned.
