Currently using the CH Bulk data portal and i’m struggling to figure out which Prod number relates to Person with Significant Control. Can someone point me in the right direction?

Not from CH. So far as we are aware there is no Prod product for PSC data which arrived years after the Prod output files were created. The equivalent is available here
as 30 NDJson zip files that are replaced as a full dump, rather than an update, daily. These can either be captured once and then updated from a streaming data ingestion or reprocessed in full daily.
