This one has similarities to multiple issues raised earlier this year but is somewhat more sophisticated in that the address and postcode are both valid. The potential giveaways are

It is just possible we are being overly suspicious but given the number of conditions flagged then an Integrity Team review is probably warranted.
These are sellers from china who abusing the UK market on Amazon and ebay (potetnially selling products that don’t meet any safety standards). They will not pay vat or tax on goods and take the money back to China.
Its quiet widespread and the net affect is UK business are suffering because they can’t compete and also the customer wants low price because of this problem
This would also be our suspicion (and we suggested so in one of the first batches reported earlier this year). We can, and will, keep on flagging new incorporations where we have concerns but the real answer lies with Companies House and HMRC to take appropriate action
It’s possibly a bit late to provide input to the consultation being run by BEIS (closing date was 8th August), but increased verification is on the cards.
It might well be worth submitting comments to BEIS about the proposals despite the passing of official deadline.
