I wonder if you can tell me how long the delay is on the Rest service as it is taking more than a day for new companies to appear?
It should normally be a few minutes (as I type we are virtually real time) but during particularly heavy processing, or as a result of service incidents, it can fall further behind. We did stop processing as part of the Service Window we took at the end of July to introduce the new search service and it took us longer than expected to catch back up, with data being up to a day behind, which I believe is the largest delay we’ve had.
We have seen an increasing number of delays of several hours though and have identified a number of areas where we can tune the processing to help prevent this, which we will be taking forward over the next few weeks.
