PSC - multiple individuals with Ownership of shares – 75% or more

Hi,

I have found companies with multiples PSC with ownership of shares – 75% or more.

An example may help:

This is normal?
In this way the sum of shares (although it is not possible to quantify accurately) surpasses 100%.

This could be explained by joint share holders. For example, 10 people could all own joint shareholding(s) that accounts for 75% of the company shares.
