I find it difficult to inderstand why can Companies House not allow PSC’s to provide their code now for all appointments; only in a specific window of 14 days. If everyone needs to be identified, what is the issue withdoing it early.
This is a major issue when we are dealing with thousand of clients, who rely on us for their filings, and we would much prefer to do them all now to avoid them penalised for being late
Not CH, but in a similar position to you with regards to this being an issue with a lot of clients (literally working on code to report these dates to clients at the moment). Based on previous statements from CH about the implementation of the transition period, it’s my understanding that most of these dates/windows etc are dictated by the legislation/secretaries of state and as such out of Companies House’ hands.
