We are trying to ingest the Officers updates file and apply it to our snapshot. I am currently working with the snapshot from 27 Sept, and the update file from 29 Sept.
In the update file, I have two records where:
company_number = ‘07389484’ and old_person_number = ‘076860630003’ and old_appointment_type=‘03’ and new_appointment_type=‘99’.
The documentation suggests that once an appointment is errored, it can’t be updated, so I am confused why I have two records (with different details in the other fields) where both appear to get errored for the same person, and same starting appointment.
