Officers bulk data from Companies House Data mismatch with no.of officers

Initially we have loaded snapshot bulk data (Product 195) few years back as one of load and then we have been loading corresponding update files( Product 198) Mon-Fri except weekends

Currently we are seeing number of officers appointment mismatches below is an example

David John STEVENS

Total number of appointments 12

Date of birth

July 1963

Could you please answer below questions

  1. Do we need need to load Product 198 everyday do get all the updates ?
  2. Does the Product 198 contains updates only for the last 24 hours?
  3. If we would like to load Snapshot Data (Product 195) again does it include all the history from the year 2000 and how do we need to request snapshot file
  4. To get all the Officers appointments (resigned/dissolved companies) which Product we actually need to use
