Changes to both officer and persons with significant control specifications resulting from upcoming identity verification requirements will be published in the next few days. For further details please see original communication from 9th September at 'Officers' and ‘Persons with significant control’ resource specification update but note the following change:
“appointment_verification_statement_date” will not be included in ‘officer’ resources.
Please also note the changes will apply to Companies House Public Data API: list (missed from the original post above).
It is our intention to begin publishing “appointment_verification_statement_date” and “appointment_verification_statement_due_on” values for relevant officers and persons with significant control from 23rd October 2025.
