[OfficerDetails] Number of disqualified orders count not delivered in XML Gateway response

I tried below person id’s for OfficerDetails operation and it returned officer disqualification orders.

The element “NumDisqualOrders” however is not returned in response although available as part of schema.

I could not see it for any other response as well.

  1. Is this element delivered at all ?
  2. Any Person ID for which it is returned will be helpful.

Thanks for bringing this to our attention as this is a defect on the XML Gateway, so the element is not being returned. An issue will be raised for further investigation.

Although disqualified directors information is not yet available, coming soon, it may be beneficial to be looking at our new API rather than the XML Gateway. Information can be found:

The new REST API is currently in beta. Can you provide a tentative date on when it is planned for release so that we can plan for an upgrade?

Also if you can clarify on whether the XML gateway service will not be available immediately after the new api release.

Although the API is in beta it is operated as a production service. The API may be subject to change but these will documented and communicated.

The XML gateway service will be deprecated at some point in the future but dates have not yet been determined.
