Officer bulk data timepoints

Hi there,

Last month I requested the officers bulk data snapshot. I now want to connect the Officers API Stream to the dataset. However, the data doesn’t indicate what timepoint to start on to ensure there’s no gap, and the CH team member who provided the data said they didn’t know how to determine the timepoint, and to ask here.

The Company snapshot seems to tell you timepoint, I hope I’m not being stupid!

Is anyone able to assist?

Check Timepoints: If the snapshots include timepoints, take the highest number and add 1.

Cache Limitations: Stream caching usually lasts 5–7 days. If your snapshot only goes to the end of May, you will have missed the first week to 10 days of this month’s data.

Solution: Connect to the stream without a timepoint. This starts the stream at the beginning of the cache, allowing you to capture all available data.
