New internal server error only on Document API

Starting about 1 hour ago, I’ve been getting 500 (Internal Server Errors) on the Document API. This happens when requesting previously working Document Metadata and Document Data URLs, and occurs both on the deployed application and within Postman.

This is strange as the normal base API doesn’t seem to be experiencing the same issue. Any idea why this just started happening?

Update: Just started working again without changing anything. Was there some sort of downtime or maintenance planned? If so how can we be aware of this?

Yes, we also experienced the outage.
