Missing Item in Filing History

I know there is already an ongoing issue with missing documents in the filing history, however this is an item missing complete. This is a big concern as it’s a lot harder to detect (we only noticed this one by accident) and hard to tell how widespread it might be.

This is missing an AR01 from 2014. It is available and listed in Direct and the Company Profile reflects the correct annual return dates. There’s just no filing history entry for it in the API.

The specific example within the post has been resolved and we are currently determining the root cause of the issue to ensure that there are no further examples.

We have found more instances of this. company 00000006 has:
3 docs in the filing history on 20/05/1997 in CHD
2 docs in the filing history on 20/05/1997 in CHS

This is not a case of being told information is not available as in the missing document links, this is actually INCORRECT information. The filing history provided by CHS is wrong!

At what point will be able to rely on CHS to provide accurate information?
