This person has 3 identities in the system with 2 different Years of birth. He is a South African partner of Allen & Overy. The first one has the wrong year, due to a transcription error:

Please combine the identities.

The DOB is the same. At least, the year and month that we can see are the same, I suppose it may be there were different days of the month given. Nationality and country of residence are the same, occupation is different for every appointment listed.
First entry - two appointments, one address includes “United Kingdom” e.g.:
78a, Nolt Loan Road, Arbroath, Angus, DD11 2AB
78a, Nolt Loan Road, Arbroath, Angus, United Kingdom, DD11 2AB
Second entry - one appointment, address has “Scotland”:
