Historic snapshots of bulk PSC data?

Hello,

I’m looking for historic snapshots of bulk PSC data, taken in March each year since 2017.

I’ve found some historic snapshots via the UK web archive, but the dates are sporadic e.g. the earliest is August 2017, then in 2018 there is only January and July.

Do you know of anywhere I could get snapshots from March each year, specifically?
