Enumeration list for disqualification types is missing?

Hello,

The link to the enumeration list of disqualification types given on this page returns 404.
Similar issues for enumerations of disqualifications.reason.act and disqualifications.reason.description_identifier.

Is it because the enumeration lists are not prepared yet?

Sorry about these missing files. They are prepared, but have not made it to the developer site due to a merge and release issue. We are currently looking at it and hope to have it resolved very soon.
