HMRC is talking about delaying their March implementation date.
Will this effect Company House dates ?
We wish to strongly object to the delay in implementation, like all the other competent developers we can easily meet the deadline in OVER FIVE MONTHS !
If some developers can not meet the deadline, we can look after their clients.
We have no doubt most of the developers will also be happy to look after the laggard’s clients.
If this effects other developers perhaps you may wish to comment.
What specifically is HMRC delaying? Where have you seen this being reported?

On behalf of the Company Tax Format Programme:
“Thank you to everyone who has provided feedback on the implementation timeline.
We’ve listened to your concerns and want to confirm that the previously communicated implementation date of Accounting Periods ending 31 March 2026 and onwards will be removed.
We are currently reviewing what a more appropriate timeline would look like and will continue to engage with developers and other member of the tax community throughout this process before any decision on a revised timeline is made.
We expect to be in a position to provide further information in late November/early December.”
