Create Companies via API

We want to build an automated service to create companies in the company house register via API. Which options do you offer to programmatically create new companies - and what do you need from us to be able to use the API or SOAP Gateway?
If there would be now API - ist there a way to create companies through RPA or PDF-Transfers?

Hello,

Whilst we do eventually intend to offer full filing facilities via this Rest JSON API, this is a long term ambition at present.
