Request for Officer Appointments bulk data (Product 216)
I’m writing from the University of East London, where I manage enterprise and mentoring provision. We are compiling our HEBCI (Higher Education Business and Community Interaction) return for submission to HESA in November 2026, which requires us to evidence graduate business starts for the period 1 August 2025 to 31 July 2026.
We need to identify which of our former students appear as company officers on companies incorporated in that window. Using the public API, this requires an officer search plus an appointments lookup for every name on our alumni list — several tens of thousands of requests. Access to the officer appointments bulk data would let us perform this match locally in a single pass, with no load on your API at all.
Could you advise on obtaining Product 216 (all officer appointments, including resigned)? We already use the free Company Data Product snapshot. This is for statutory reporting by a public university, not commercial resale.
