We are receiving lots of 502 gateway timeouts for many API calls, for instance for the endpoint persons-with-significant-control-statements
, Could you please look into this. The errors are with json RestAPI.
I can confirm that this is being investigated as a matter of urgency. We are working with multiple teams to find the root cause of this issue which has been getting worse for a few weeks, and we are regressing code and implementing new code fixes multiple times daily. Please be assured the our head of IT services is aware of this issue and the impact it is having to our customers, and she has instructed us to work to fix this with the highest level of seriousness.
