Since yesterday I keep getting “403 Forbidden” once I get to the point of selecting SH06 which is the document I want to upload. I have tried using firefox instead of edge but got the same result and am not sure if it is an error at my end or with the service?
I am getting this error today when uploading documents - did this resolve from last week? How can I get around this? I’ve cleared my cache and browser history as Google suggests and this has not fixed the issue.
Hi - I’ve not managed to find a way around it yet either - am thinking I’m going to have to submit paper forms at this rate!
