These misses happened to date from the 15th of July, i.e. right when they were some hiccups in the streaming api, see [Streaming apis down?](https://forum.companieshouse.gov.uk/t/streaming-apis-down/12884)

Is it possible some events were dropped/missed during the outage internally within companies house internal systems?
