# Companies house api url address

hey!

Company for which I work is starting to develop an service which will be integrate with this Companies House API. We already develop similar tool for Company profile and Officers.

On developer specs website I found out such a url:

“[https://api.company-information.service.gov.uk/](https://api.company-information.service.gov.uk/)”

In our older apps we use:

“[https://api.companieshouse.gov.uk/](https://api.companieshouse.gov.uk/)”

Could You be so kind and give me an information if old url will be supported and if yes how long? Or I just need to use new one also in older services. I try to look for information about some version on developer specs website – unfortunately without any luck.
