The can\_file file parameter. Can you let me know what the conditions are that mean that a company is classed as can’t file (can\_file = 0) and what implications this might have? Thanks ---

this is the logic that determines the can\_file parameter:- company\_type has to be one of:- ltd plc private-unlimited private-unlimited-nsc private-limited-guarant-nsc private-limited-shares-section-30-exemption private-limited-guarant-nsc-limited-exemption AND company\_status CANNOT be one of:- dissolved converted-closed petition-to-restore-dissolved ---

Thanks so can you just explain why these companies are can\_file = 0 as not obvious from the website? I notice the first 2 are LLP does this matter?
