I am currently using the UKCH API to create an application which takes the company name and outputs the shareholder information. I have looked through the forum and documentation and there does not seem to be an easy API request to get the shareholder information (correct me if I’m wrong). Instead, I am getting the confirmation statements from filing history / fetch a document(or annual returns/incorporation document if not in the confirmation statement), scanning these and using regular expressions to find the shareholder information.

I was just hoping to suggest an API request for shareholder information would make this much easier and possible. There are a few issues I am coming across as the filing history and fetch a document are very inconsistent.

N.B. ‘Persons with Significant Control’ is different to shareholders.
