# API Questions on overseas registration, director's details

Hello,

We have downloaded the bulk snap shot of companies, officers, pscs and accounts.

Any help would be appreciated. If you can point out fields in tables that would be great.Or if you can point out any other products that we need to download it will be of great help.

- How do we find Principal trading address and overseas registration address details of companies?
- Director Details: DOB, Director Deceased? If Yes “Date of death”
- Directors Appointment details  
Is this person recorded as a director of the company at Companies House? Yes / No  
What date was the director appointed  
If the director resigned, when did they resign?  
If this person wasn’t appointed as a director, what evidence is there to show that they acted as a director?  
Directors co-operation and circumstances  
Name of corporate director  
What date was this corporate director appointed?  
If the director resigned, when did they resign
