There is a data compliance issue here After an AD01 change on 6 October the Registered Office Address 1 W, O, O, England, O How does this meet the requirements that “The registered office address can be anywhere in England and Wales (or Scotland if your company is registered there). It should be a **genuine location** and **suitable for delivering documents** to the company. It is also the address at which legal notices are officially served.”? I know that Royal Mail are seriously good but I suspect that this one would defeat them!! More importantly are there, or, if not, should there be procedures in place tp catch what has to be either a) a deliberate attempt to hide the proper address b) deliberate tampering with the Company data. ---
